IMPORTS

As an ABI certified broker, all entries are submitted electronically to the U.S. Custom's computer system in Virginia. In many instances where neither VISA or QUOTAS apply, shipments are cleared immediately. Carriers that participate in ABI's Automated Cargo Manifest System are notified electronically as soon as goods are released. Documents are always hand delivered by Kelly's own personnel to minimize possibilities of misplacement. The company's participation in Automated Clearing House Program (ACH) ensures that entries are processed on a preferential level.

EXPORT

Kelly Freight Systems, Inc. is linked to U.S. Customs and files Shipper's Export Declarations electronically. The staff provides translations into Spanish for your commercial invoices, if necessary. Documents are faxed or e-mailed for pre-approval to the consignee, and all flight information is confirmed via a daily log. Kelly Freight Systems, Inc. provides full logistics coordination including letter of credit, consular documentation, etc.
